The Catalyst Group Resources (a member of The Catalyst Group) is pleased to introduce BioCat2002 April 25-26, 2002 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA. BioCat2002 is a new industry conference designed to address the rapidly evolving technologies in biocatalysis as well as the products achieved through them. Broadly encompassing such technologies as enzyme catalysis, directed fermentation, proteomics and genomics, biocatalysis has proven to be commercially viable, and expectations for the future are high.

The Catalyst Group?s groundbreaking benchmarking report ?The Biotechnology Revolution: Biopolymers and Biochemicals Come of Age? sponsored by industry, sets a significant backdrop platform on which to build this future.

In addition to disseminating the general findings of The Catalyst Group?s aforementioned Biotechnology report so that everyone is brought up to speed on where the bottlenecks are and where opportunities exist for development, other objectives for BioCat2002 include:
