I founded The Catalyst Group in 1984 and have spent over four decades working at the intersection of catalytic technology, business strategy, and the catalyst industry. Leading TCG means drawing on a broad network and deep technical background to serve clients across commercialization, strategic assessment, and energy transition - work I find as engaging today as when I started.

Alissa Davis
As an Executive Vice President with experience in the petrochemical industry, I specialize in consulting, process design, and leading high-performing teams. With a chemical engineering and materials science background, complemented by an MBA in finance, I leverage my technical expertise and business acumen to drive operational excellence, empower people, and achieve sales and revenue growth.

Riya Choudhury
As a Program Manager at The Catalyst Group, I manage multi-stakeholder programs on catalytic advances, and industrial energy transition and decarbonization, and clean energy innovation, collaborating with global experts and organizations to translate technical advances into actionable industry insights.
